It’s definitely no fun waiting another eight weeks for something you’re excited about, but our preview of 007: First Light suggests the third-person adventure will be well worth the long wait, with GR’s Ali Jones writing: “From what I’ve seen so far, IO can’t quite fix that every time, but where it stumbles it’s a problem with the format rather than a problem with the delivery itself. If that minor niggle is all the studio has to deal with, then I believe in that 007: First Light seems well placed; this could prove to be the perfect Bond game.”
The CEO of 007 First Light is happy that GTA 6 has been delayed because ‘spring is looking really good’, but thinks Rockstar can help ‘the industry as a whole’ once it finally brings its masterpiece to market.
