All-Malaysian Grand Final Set in Honor of Kings International Championship 2025
Malaysia’s esports teams swept the Honor of Kings International Championship (KIC) 2025, claiming all three podium positions at the tournament held at Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The championship will end with an all-Malaysian Grand Final after the host country’s last remaining team, Blacklist International, was knocked out in the semifinals. HomeBois BSE will face Nova Esports in tomorrow’s final.
Defending champions HomeBois BSE (formerly Black Shrew Esport) defeated Nova Esports 4-1 in the Upper Bracket Final. The win secured their place in the Grand Final without needing to play through the Lower Bracket.

Alpha Gaming ended the Philippines’ tournament run by beating Blacklist International 4-1 in the Lower Bracket Semifinals. The match was played in front of a crowd filled with Filipino fans supporting the home team. Blacklist International finished in fourth place and took home $80,000 USD.

Nova Esports, after losing to HomeBois BSE, faced Alpha Gaming in the Lower Bracket Final. Nova won 4-2 to secure the second Grand Final spot. Alpha Gaming finished in third place. All three Malaysian teams qualified for the Honor of Kings Challenger Cup 2025. The Grand Final between HomeBois BSE and Nova Esports will determine the Honor of Kings International Championship 2025 champion.
