Plants vs Brainrots biomes guide
Plants vs Brainrots is my new favorite Roblox tower defense game because I love to make money out of my enemies. It’s also nice to look at, especially as it comes with an array of beautiful scenery, the Plants vs Brainrots biomes. While this game has a useful rebirth system, it doesn’t really allow you to step up your money-making until you move to a new area, so it’s pretty important to learn about these biomes and how you can get to them to unlock new tiers of brainrot.
Each biome comes with secret brainrots, which you can only catch in that particular area. The progression system is nice and simple, and with freebies by way of Plants vs Brainrot codes, you’ll have your biomes unlocked in no time at all.
Here’s everything in our Plants vs Brainrots biomes guide:
How do I unlock Plants vs Brainrots biomes?
You unlock different biomes in one simple way, and that’s progressing through Plants vs Brainrots’ story mode. After finishing the first 25 story events, you’ll unlock the Desert biome. Then, once you’ve withstood 50 invasions in total, the Jungle biome will open up to you. Survive 25 more, and you’ll gain access to the Cherry Grove. It’s nice and simple.
You can change the biome with the totems that will unlock after you first gain access to a new biome. Totems appear on the left-hand side of your island. Don’t worry if you don’t know what they look like; you can see pictures below for all of the totems.

Grasslands
Unlocks at: start of game
Secret brainrots: Blueberrinni Octopussini, Brri Brri Bicus Dicus Bombicus, Crazylone Pizaione, Garamararam, La Tomatoro, Los Sekolitos, Los Tralaleritos, Meowzio Sushini, and Pot Hotspot
The Grasslands are probably familiar to you as the area in which you begin your adventure. It’s your standard green terrain, and it provides tier 1 brainrots for you to capture and profit from. Though it’s the starter tier, you can still find a number of secret brain rots.
Desert
Unlocks at: story event 25
Secret brainrots: Bangello, El Tacorito, Meowtronzio, Pepito Di Pollo, and Rexosaurus Hatcherin
Tier 2 brainrots are unlocked in the desert biome as they toughen up in the face of the harsh climate, and a host of new secret brainrots can be found here. Apart from that, I found it’s nice to have a change of scenery, and there’s a sense of accomplishment in finally escaping the default world.
Jungle
Unlocks at: story event 50
Secret brainrots: Conerio, La Mostardino, Maestro Stuntuffo, Megalodino, and Mela Morta
The Jungle biome is where you can first locate tier 3 brainrots, so you’re now officially in the big leagues. The Moss King has been gracious enough to allow us entry here, and the trees are made of tougher stuff, so that’s why you’ll find everything to be a little more advanced. Lore aside, the Jungle is a pretty place to be with its stylized trees overhead and more muted color scheme.
Cherry Grove
Unlocks at: story event 75
Secret brainrots: Cocolini Crabelo, Fritto Bucketino, Moppo Moparoni, and Smug Walletino
Of course, there’s nothing quite like sakura blossom, making the Cherry Grove the ultimate brainrot farm material. Though you won’t gain access to any new tier, there are new secret brainrots to be found here, and gosh darn, doesn’t it feel all peaceful around here? Enjoy and relax as you’ve reached the final biome that you can get to. All that work culminated in this.
