Acceptance of These Terms of Service
1. By downloading, installing, or using foxhound, you agree to be bound by both these terms of service（“tos”） and the privacy policy which is incorporated by reference. You understand and agree that if you continuously use foxhound after the date on which the tos have changed, foxhound will treat your use as acceptance and compliance with the updated terms.
2.FoxHound may also offer other services that are governed by different TOS. In such cases the other TOS will be posted on the relevant service to which they apply.
3.If you do not agree with the TOS, please do not use or access Developer Browser.
Content
1. You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of, the Service are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated.
2. When you provide, create, transmit or display any Content to Developer Browser while using the Service, you understand and accept complete responsibility for your Content, including any and all consequences that may arise.

Other than Content you provide to FoxHound, all content, software, scripts, images, graphics, audio, video and other materials in any form (collectively, “FoxHound Content") are protected by copyrights, trade or service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and are owned by or licensed to FoxHound, subject to intellectual property rights. You understand and agree that all FoxHound Content is provided to you solely on an AS IS basis for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise used or exploited for any purpose and in any manner without the prior written consent of FoxHound or the respective owners. Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with us, nothing in the TOS gives you a right to use any of our trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. If you download, print or display any FoxHound Content for personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Termination
Should you violate or breach the TOS, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your account, any and all content and information you may have provided and your ability to access any part of FoxHound Browser. The termination will not affect the obligations and liabilities you should assume before the termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that foxhound and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the breach of the tos or the using of service, even if foxhound has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
