Here’s everything you need to know about the current and next Grow a Garden update:
What’s the current Grow a Garden update?
The current Grow a Garden update is version 1.32, which went live on Saturday, November 15, 2025. This update introduces the new Smithing event, where you must activate the Blacksmith’s furnace by submitting fruit, gear, and pets. Doing so earns you a variety of rewards including crafting boosts, seeds, and different types of coal that you can use to craft new things.
This update also introduces four new crafting benches – one for seeds, one for pets, one for gear, and one for cosmetics – along with two new weather events and a pet age break machine which allows you to put duplicates of the same pet inside to merge them and apply one level per pet. Just keep in mind that you need a level 100 pet to view this machine.
The version 1.32 update also sees the return of the digging minigame from the Halloween event, but this time it’s back with an all-new theme and fresh rewards.

Here are all the new items in the current Grow a Garden update:
- Gem egg – hatch to claim one of six possible pets
- Digging crate – open to claim one of six possible cosmetics
- Smith treat – give your pet a large XP boost over time
- Pet shard forger – applies the forger mutation to a pet
- Smith hammer of harvest – harvests all fruit within a radius
- Thundelbringer – summons a lightning bolt
- Charcoal sprinkler – has a chance to give nearby crops the charcoal mutation
- Coal – gives sheckles
- Horse shoe magnet – attracts pets towards it
- Garden ore
- Garden ingot
- Various new cosmetics
What are the new weather events in the current Grow a Garden update?

What are the fixes in the current Grow a Garden update?
The current Grow a Garden update introduces the following fixes, changes, and quality of life improvements:
- 🌻 Renamed the OG sunflower to ‘legacy sunflower’
- 🌻 Added new ‘sunflower’ to seed shop
- 🦁 Added safari harvest travelling merchant
- 🛠️ Duplicate cosmetics now stack instead of consuming addition cosmetic inventory slots
- 🔦 You can turn cosmetic lights on or off by clicking them
- 🔊 Some cosmetics play sounds when you click on them
- ✅ Added confirmation prompts that show when you use a lollipop that gives more than one level
- 🛠️ Added crop and pet mutation VFX toggles in settings
- 🌨️ Fixed some lag issues with the frost weather
- 🛠️ Made it so some older seat cosmetics now allow you to sit in them
- 🥚 Fixed a bug where eggs getting stocked in admin abuse would sometimes spawn randomly in the map
