To get more boats in Fisch, you need to reach rank five and speak to the Shipwright NPC. This character is always available to speak to at every island’s dock, requiring in-game currency if you want to make a purchase. However, not every boat can be purchased from the Shipwright. Some of them are locked to special events, so once you miss them, they’re likely gone forever.
