Infinity Nikki Kicks Off First Anniversary with Major 2.0 Update Launching November 26

Infinity Nikki is marking its first year with Version 2.0, the game’s biggest update to date, arriving November 26. The free update brings players back to a redesigned Itzaland with expanded gameplay features and new areas to explore. Players can access all new content, regions, and features without any extra purchases required.

Version 2.0 of Infinity Nikki introduces significant changes to the open-world dress-up adventure, adding new mechanics across exploration, combat, story content, and character customization. Among the additions is Archery, Nikki’s first weapon in the game, which changes how players interact with the world.

The update includes new regions for players to discover. One area features a whimsical land created by creatures called Shroomlings, complete with snail-shell houses. The focus in these regions is on creative exploration and movement-based gameplay, giving players different ways to interact with their surroundings.

Since launching a year ago, Infinity Nikki has grown from a visually focused game into what the developers describe as a living world. Players have used the game’s building, sharing, and styling features to create their own experiences.

“Infinity Nikki has always been about giving players the freedom to express themselves,” said Douhu, Lead Gameplay Systems Design (Outfits) at Infold Games.

“With Version 2.0, we wanted to take that freedom even further. This update is not just about exploring Itzaland, but about shaping it. It represents everything we’ve learned over the past year, and everything we still want to build together with our players.”
