Register Complaint:
Existing customers can lodge complain as well as check complain status regarding various technical problems like No power,High Voltage,meter burnt,meter stopped etc. They can also lodge complain regarding the non-technical problems like High bill,Average bill etc.
History:
Consumers can see their electricity consumption history in graphical format. Also can see last five registered complaint details.
My Profile:
Consumers can see their registered personal information like address, mobile number, email id, meter number, installation number, contract load, tariff code etc through this menu.
Settings:
Consumers can set their preferred language like Hindi,English or Bengali. They can also change their mobile numbers and delete wrongly entered consumer id from the tags consumer\’s list.
