SEGA Football Club Champions 2026 Launches January 22
SEGA has revealed that SEGA Football Club Champions 2026 will launch on January 22, 2026. The free-to-play football management game will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC via Steam, iOS, and Android.
The game is powered by Football Manager and includes player data from FIFPRO. Players can compete in various leagues including J League and K League. SEGA Football Club Champions 2026 represents the latest version of SakaTsuku, a football club management series from Japan that is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
As a club manager, players will guide their teams from local competitions to international tournaments. The game features cross-platform support and cross-play functionality, allowing players to access their progress across mobile, PC, and console devices.
The game includes several management elements. Players can recruit footballers from around the world and build their squads through the transfer market. Team development involves setting up training programs to improve player skills and nurturing young talent into established stars. Players can also invest in infrastructure by developing training facilities and stadiums.

Competition modes include league play, where teams can climb from lower positions to the top of their division. PVP matches allow players to face off against each other to test their management skills. The game also features cup tournaments and international competitions. A leaderboard system tracks player rankings across the community. SEGA Football Club Champions 2026 will be available at no cost on all platforms when it releases next month.
