You can get this Yuki Yubari Fortnite skin for free, but what about Gogo Yubari?

Quentin Tarantino is collaborating with Fortnite. A sentence that makes my brain spin, for all the right reasons. With Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair coming to movie theaters on December 5, 2025, you can be part of the moment, too. While we know Uma Thurman’s The Bride is headlining the next battle pass, you can claim a free Yuki Yubari Fortnite skin. There’s also a Gogo Yubari skin, but that’s a little more complicated to get hold of.

It’s another one of the most unlikely crossovers in the game’s history, but anything is fair game in Fortnite. Not only are the Kill Bill movies part of Epic Games’ canon, but Tarantino is providing the studio with original story material cut from the first entry. Titled ‘Yuki’s Revenge’, this scrapped chapter focuses on Yuki Yubari, Gogo’s sister, who The Bride slays during the Crazy 88 battle. While remnants of the script are available online, Tarantino is bringing the story to life in the next Fortnite season.

If you want the Yuki Yubari skin, it’s simple, really: you need to log into Fortnite between Thursday, November 27, 2025, and Monday, December 1, 2025. Yes, you literally just need to boot up the game on your Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC. This includes handheld PCs, such as the Steam Deck or ROG Xbox Ally. From Tuesday, December 2, 2025, Epic Games will swiftly roll out Yuki Yabari to your locker.

I wish I could have been a fly on the wall during Tarantino’s conversations with Epic Games to make this happen. Is the Reservoir Dogs director secretly a big gamer? Unlikely, considering he told The Telegraph in 2010 that “I cannot get myself interested in video games. I’ve been given video game players, and they just sit there connected to my TVs gathering dust until eventually I unplug them so I can put in another special-region DVD player.” Maybe in the last 15 years things have changed.

Yuki Yubari isn’t the only character making an appearance, either. Gogo Yubari is also joining the growing list of Fortnite skins, but slightly later. She’ll be available at least one week after Fortnite Season Seven begins. However, to get her, you’ll need to do your part and support your local movie theater. From Thursday, November 20, 2025, to Saturday, November 29, 2025, you’ll need to purchase a ticket to Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair.

• Purchase a ticket for the opening weekend from participating theaters in the United States between November 20 and 29, 2025
  You will get a unique code with your ticket
• From Sunday, November 30, 2025, redeem your code here and enter the code on the ticket
• You need to do this by Tuesday, December 31, 2025
